Serious Crashes That Involved Self Driving Cars

The car involved in the incident was a Tesla Model S sedan which was supposedly on autopilot that crashed at the back of a cleaning vehicle. No attempt at braking was reported.

The Tesla which was supposed to be on autopilot failed to gauge the road conditions and provide instructions to the driver. Police investigation revealed that the driver did not drive safely in accordance with autopilot operation rules like paying attention to the road. The street sweeping vehicle had incomplete safety facilities.
